Cancellation and Refunds
Understand how cancellations, refunds, credits, and service outages are handled at Tailorly
We offer a free plan so you can try Tailorly with no risk. If you like it, you can upgrade to a paid plan anytime. As a general policy, we do not offer cancellations or refunds for subscription periods that have already started.
Our Policy
- No Cancellations Mid-Term: Subscriptions run for the selected billing period and cannot be canceled for a pro-rated refund once the period has begun.
- No Standard Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial periods, unused time, or change of mind.
- Free Plan Available: You can fully evaluate Tailorly before purchasing a paid plan.
Exceptions and Goodwill Remedies
While we do not generally refund, we aim to be fair. In certain cases, at our discretion, we may provide remedies such as extending your subscription or adding credits.
Eligible Situations
- Verified Service Outage: A significant outage affecting most users for a material time window.
- Extension Not Functioning as Intended: Persistent, reproducible issues preventing core use (e.g., cannot run optimization) after you have cooperated with troubleshooting steps.
Remedies We May Offer
- Credit Grants: Additional optimization credits added to your account.
- Subscription Extensions: We may extend your current billing period to offset the disruption.
What Is Not Covered
- Change of mind after purchase
- Differences in personal expectations or subjective satisfaction (you can test using the free plan first)
- Issues caused by unsupported browsers, outdated versions, or conflicting third-party extensions when guidance to resolve is provided
- Temporary slowdowns during peak usage for free plans

Legal Terms
By purchasing a Tailorly subscription, you agree that: (i) subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable; (ii) Tailorly may, at its sole discretion, provide non-monetary remedies (e.g., credits or time extensions) in cases of verified outages or confirmed extension malfunctions that materially impact your ability to use core features; (iii) Tailorly is not responsible for issues arising from third-party sites, job boards, or changes to those sites that impact extraction or parsing; and (iv) any remedies issued are final and do not obligate Tailorly to provide future remedies for unrelated incidents.
